CASE 240 excavator with elevating cabin – a tailor-made solution for rail unloading

Project description:

Unlike standard excavators with a fixed cabin that limits the operator's view, our company has developed and successfully implemented an excavator upgrade withlifting cabin, specifically for customer requirements. This system allows the height of the cabin to be adjusted depending on working conditions, providing better visibility and increased safety.

Features and Benefits:

Individual adjustment of lifting height— the cabin can be raised to the height required by the customer. In this project, based on an excavatorCASE 240the cabin rises to3 meters, providing excellent visibility when working with railway cars.

Reliable design— the system is equippeddouble hydraulic cylinders, which ensures stability and safety during the process of raising and lowering the cabin.

Management flexibility- the operator canstop the cabin at any heightwithin the lifting stroke, thanks to the convenienttwo-position foot valve, installed inside the cabin: front push - lift, rear push - lower. Simplicity and ease of use make work comfortable and efficient.

Application on railway facilities— the lifting cabin is especially effective whenunloading and leveling cargo in railway cars. As a rule, in such cases the lifting height isabout 2.5 meters, which allows the operator to have a complete overviewat a height of about 5 meters, fully satisfying the requirements for safety and performance.

Conclusion:

The modified CASE 240 excavator with a lifting cabin has become an excellent assistant at railway facilities. Its use allows adaptation to difficult operating conditions, improves visibility and increases safety. We providecustomized solutionsfor cabin lifting, based on each customer's requirements and specific working conditions.
