The multifunctional railway cleaning machine FR160F-TN consists of a special railway excavator equipped with cleaning, pillow replacement and high-frequency vibrational cup and other accessories. It has its own drive and does not require locomotive traction, which meets the requirements of numerous transactions for small maintenance, such as cleaning turnouts and sifting ballast in difficult working conditions. The design of the guide rail and the rubber plate of the track allows free access to the ballasted line without damage to the rails; It is equipped with an emergency internal combustion system. In the case of an engine or hydraulic pump, a cleaning machine can be controlled to exit the working area through the emergency system so as not to influence the normal opening of the line.
According to the calculations, the cleaning machine requires only 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete the set of turnouts, leaving enough time for subsequent filling the ballast, driving and checking quality, which not only ensures the quality of cleaning of turnouts, but also replaces the traditional “tactics of the human sea”.
